RedR assists in relieving suffering in disasters by selecting, training and providing competent and effective relief personnel to humanitarian agencies worldwide.

RedR stands for "Register of Engineers for Disaster Relief".

RedR New Zealand is a member of RedR International which maintains a register of technical and administrative experts who are able to provide help in disaster situations anywhere in the world.

RedR NZ is a charitable trust supported by the Institution of Professional Engineers New Zealand (IPENZ).
